Assignments
Another part of this process
is to assign those orders to the technicians that are going to
take care of them and keep track of their status.
The system has two modules
to accomplish this tasks:

For Managers: To
check all new or pending orders and the actual schedule of
every technician in his group. This give him the possibility
to distribute those orders among his technician.

For Technicians:
To check what orders they have assigned and which are their
actual status.
As this is a distributed system,
this assignments and revision can be done from any computer in
the network.
